Terms of Service

By accessing Reelina — a product of ElliSekiz LLC ("ElliSekiz LLC", "we") — and ordering from it, you consent to the terms below, which govern your use of the website, apps and all related communication. We reserve the right to modify pricing and resource policies; material changes are announced in advance as described below.
License
ElliSekiz LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these terms. The entire contents, features and functionality of the Service are owned by ElliSekiz LLC and protected by Turkish and international intellectual property law; unauthorized use, copying or modification is prohibited.
Restrictions
You must not license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host or otherwise commercially exploit the Service; modify, reverse engineer or decrypt any part of it; or remove or alter proprietary notices and intellectual property markings.
Subscriptions and payments
Generations consume coins. Coin packs and subscriptions purchased on the web are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; subscriptions renew automatically each period until canceled from your Billing page. Delivery is instant and digital; refund terms are set out in our Delivery & Refund Terms and, except where required by law, payments for delivered digital content are non-refundable. If a generation fails, the coins spent are refunded to your balance automatically.
Returns, refunds and pricing errors
If you are dissatisfied with the Service, contact us and we will review your concern. Where a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we may refuse or cancel the order; if your payment was already charged for such an order, we immediately issue a refund in the amount charged.
Suggestions and submissions
Any feedback, ideas or suggestions you provide become the sole and exclusive property of ElliSekiz LLC, are non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be used, published or redistributed by us for any purpose without compensation or attribution.
Third-party services and links
The Service may display third-party content or links to third-party websites and services. We bear no responsibility for any third-party services — including their accuracy, legality or quality — and you access them entirely at your own risk, subject to those third parties' terms. Once you leave the Service, these terms no longer apply.
Modifications and updates
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, and may release updates that change features and functionality. We have no obligation to provide updates; any updates provided form an integral part of the Service and are subject to these terms.
Term and termination
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or by us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including immediately and without notice if you violate these terms; upon termination you must stop using and delete the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination survive it, and we retain all legal remedies.
Copyright infringement notice
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice including your signature, identification of the infringed and infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith belief statement, and a declaration of accuracy under penalty of perjury to hello@reelina.ai.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ElliSekiz LLC and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
No warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. ElliSekiz LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — and does not warrant that the Service will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that content is accurate. No oral or written advice creates a warranty. Service availability and pricing may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElliSekiz LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service, and ElliSekiz LLC shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever — including loss of profits, data or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must commence within one (1) year. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be reformed to accomplish its intent and the remainder continues in full force; failure or delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of it.
Dispute resolution and arbitration
Except for intellectual property enforcement, disputes are resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Send a written notice of dispute (names, addresses, facts and relief sought) to hello@reelina.ai; the parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute informally for sixty (60) days, after which either party may commence binding arbitration under the applicable commercial arbitration rules. Interim injunctive relief remains available, and the non-prevailing party covers the prevailing party's costs.
Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the Service is used — capturing interactions such as mouse movements, scrolling and clicks for heatmaps and session analysis. The data serves analytical purposes only, not advertising profiling, and is handled in compliance with the GDPR for EU users. Using the Service constitutes consent to this processing.
Miscellaneous and entire agreement
ElliSekiz LLC operates from Türkiye (30 North Gould Street, Suite 100, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States); if you access the Service from other jurisdictions, you are responsible for compliance with local law. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ElliSekiz LLC, superseding all prior understandings; additional terms may apply to specific services and are provided at the time of purchase. Only written waivers signed by an authorized representative are valid. Promotions may carry separate rules — verify your eligibility before participating.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms at our sole discretion; for material changes we provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
