ElliSekiz LLC ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed when you use Reelina — a ElliSekiz LLC product — on this website and in our apps. By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described here and in our Terms of Service.
Definitions and key terms
Company refers to ElliSekiz LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Suite 100, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, which is responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy. "Service" refers to Reelina and its associated website and apps; "You" means the person registered with the Service; "Personal Data" means any information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person; a "Cookie" is a small amount of data saved by your browser used to identify it, provide analytics and remember your preferences; "Third-party service" refers to advertisers, partners and providers whose content or products we work with.
Information automatically collected
Some information — such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, time zone, purchase history and usage data — is collected automatically when you visit the platform. We may use software tools to measure session information (page response times, download errors, visit length, page interactions) and may collect technical information to identify your device for fraud prevention and diagnostics. This information does not reveal your specific identity and is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of the platform and for internal analytics. Where you reach us from an advertisement, we also record the advertising click identifier carried in the link and the IP address seen when your account is created, and we retain them so that a sign-up or purchase can be matched to the advertisement that led to it. Click identifiers are shared with the advertising platform concerned (for example Meta) to measure conversions; the IP address is used only for our own internal reporting and is not shared for this purpose.
Personal data we collect
The personal data we collect includes: your name and e-mail address; your phone number if you contact us; facial feature data you upload for generation; IP address and internet traffic data; purchase and order information; and the prompts and media you submit for generation. We collect this data directly from you through electronic media to comply with legal obligations, improve our services and enable you to use them.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide the Service (AI generation features, managing your account and coins, customer support, communicating with you, processing payments); for administrative purposes (security and fraud prevention, measuring engagement, improving and developing features, quality control, debugging, auditing, enforcing our agreements and complying with legal obligations); and, as permitted by law, for marketing our products — including e-mail campaigns and interest-based advertising. You may opt out of marketing at any time by contacting us.
Principles and legal bases
As data controller, ElliSekiz LLC processes personal data in accordance with law and good faith: accurately and, where necessary, up to date; for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes; limited to and minimized for those purposes; and stored only for the period required by legislation or the processing purpose. Processing relies on the legal bases in Articles 5 and 6 of the Turkish PDP Law (KVKK): performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are protected — and, for marketing data, your explicit consent.
AI services and third-party AI providers
To provide AI-powered features (image, video, voice and content generation), certain inputs — images or photos you upload, text prompts, voice recordings and technical data necessary to process the request — are securely transmitted to our third-party AI infrastructure providers (which may include fal.ai, AtlasCloud and other cloud AI providers) solely to generate the requested content. These providers are contractually obligated to process data securely, use it only for the intended purpose and provide data protection standards at least equal to applicable privacy laws. We do not use this data to personally identify you and we do not sell personal data.
Use of face data
Face data is used solely for AI processing to provide the requested features. It is processed temporarily and is not retained: once processing is complete, face data is deleted and is not stored on our servers or third-party storage. We do not share your face data with third parties, and it is processed in secure, encrypted environments.
Sharing and transfer of personal data
Under Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your data may be transferred to third parties in Türkiye or abroad — including because we use servers and cloud systems located abroad — for storage and archiving, conducting business activities, after-sales support and customer relationship management. We may share data with service providers embedded in the Service (such as Firebase Analytics and similar SDKs), with authorized public institutions where required by law, and with our corporate affiliates under this Policy. In the event of a merger, sale of assets or similar transaction, information may be transferred provided the third party adheres to this Privacy Policy.
Third-party websites and services
The Service may contain links to websites and services that we do not control. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or how they process information. When you leave the Service via a link, this Privacy Policy no longer applies.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies to identify areas of the site you have visited, keep you logged in and enhance performance and functionality; we never place personally identifiable information in cookies. Advertising cookies may collect information about your online activity over time to make ads more relevant (interest-based advertising) and to measure ad delivery. You can block or disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Service may then not function correctly and saved preferences may be lost.
Push notifications and data retention
We may send push notifications about upgrades or our services; you can turn them off in your device settings. Your data is stored for the duration required by applicable legislation or for a reasonable time until the processing purpose ceases to exist, or during legal limitation periods; where longer storage is required by law or separately consented to by you, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized when that period expires.
Technical and administrative measures
ElliSekiz LLC takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and security of personal data — including firewalls and anti-virus protection, VPN-restricted supplier access, role-limited user authorization, security threat and event management, encryption of sensitive data, secure logging, two-factor authentication for remote access to sensitive data, employee training and non-disclosure agreements, physical security and periodic backups. If personal data is nonetheless compromised, we notify affected users immediately and, where necessary, the competent data protection authority.
Payment details
Any credit card or other payment processing details you provide are handled in the most secure manner possible. On the web, card details are transmitted to our payment institution (Stripe) for processing and — where you choose to save a card — stored by Stripe, not on our servers.
Children's privacy
The Service is not addressed to anyone under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal data, please contact us; if we become aware of such collection without verified parental consent, we take steps to remove the information from our servers.
Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
We may use Microsoft Clarity to process data about how you interact with the platform — such as mouse movements, clicks and scrolling — to analyze and improve the user experience. We do not use Clarity to process sensitive personal data. The data is used for analytics only; you may contact us to access, rectify or erase personal data collected this way.
GDPR (EEA users)
If you are in the European Economic Area, your data is protected under the GDPR: data is processed fairly, lawfully and transparently, collected for specified purposes, held no longer than necessary, and you have the right to access, obtain a copy of, update, delete, restrict or port your personal data. We have implemented GDPR controls as our baseline standard worldwide and store personal data with vetted, DPA-compliant vendors; if you delete your account, data is disposed of within 60 days.
California residents (CCPA / CalOPPA)
California residents may exercise the rights to know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use and share; to equal service without discrimination; to deletion of their personal information; and to direct a business not to sell their personal data. We do not sell the personal information of our users. If you make a request, we respond within one month.
Governing law and consent
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Türkiye, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. By using the Service, registering an account or making a purchase, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy so that it accurately reflects our Service and practices. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you before changes take effect and give you an opportunity to review them; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
