- That is most of what it does. Overcast and evenly lit originals come out best; direct midday sun leaves hard reflections on the paint that are hard to undo.
- Does the car itself change?
- It should not — the car is what the edit is meant to keep. If the result changes the shape or the badge, the source photo was usually too small, too dark, or cut off at the edges.
- Can I use these in a sale listing?
- Yes, and it is worth saying plainly: an edited photo should still show the car as it is. Using an edit to hide damage from a buyer is fraud, whatever tool made the picture.
- What photo works best?
- Three-quarter angle, whole car in frame, even overcast light, camera at about headlight height. Tight crops and dark car parks make it harder.
