Acceptable Use Policy

Reelina gives you access to third-party AI models for creating images, video, speech and audio. This policy sets out what you may and may not create, upload or distribute using the service. It applies to everyone, on every plan, and is enforced automatically and on report.
Prohibited content
You may not use Reelina to create, upload, store or share: • Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors, real or generated. • Sexual content depicting a real person without their explicit consent, including intimate imagery created from someone's photo. • Explicit sexual content where the underlying model provider prohibits it. • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that degrades a person or group. • Content that impersonates a real person or organisation, or that misleads people about real events, elections or public figures. • Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or credential and payment-data harvesting. • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights. • Instructions or assistance for illegal activity, weapons, or self-harm.
Identity and likeness
Several models on Reelina animate or edit a photograph of a person. You may only use the likeness or voice of a real person when that person is you, or when you have their documented permission. Creating a deceptive depiction of someone — a "deepfake" presented as real — is prohibited regardless of consent. Public figures are not an exception: satire must be clearly identifiable as such and must never be presented as a genuine record.
Media you upload
사진, 동영상 또는 오디오 파일을 업로드함으로써 귀하는 해당 파일을 소유하고 있거나 사용에 필요한 권리 및 허가를 보유하고 있으며, 여기서의 사용이 타인의 사생활, 초상권 또는 지적재산권을 침해하지 않는다는 것을 확인하는 것입니다. 업로드된 파일은 요청하신 생성 작업을 수행하는 데에만 사용됩니다. 생성된 결과물과 그 원본 업로드 파일은 생성된 지 일주일 후 삭제되며, 채팅 대화는 마지막 메시지 이후 일주일 후 삭제됩니다.
Age requirement
Reelina is available to people aged 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed and their content deleted.
AI-generated content
Everything produced on Reelina is generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or unrealistic. You are responsible for how you use and label the output. When you publish AI-generated media in a context where people could mistake it for a real recording, disclose that it was generated by AI.
Third-party models and providers
Reelina provides a unified interface to AI services operated by other companies. Your generations are subject to those providers' own usage policies in addition to this one, and a provider may refuse a request independently of Reelina. Third-party model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Enforcement
Requests that violate this policy may be blocked before they run. Accounts that break these rules can be limited, suspended or permanently closed, and unused credits may be forfeited where the breach is serious or repeated. We cooperate with law-enforcement requests that are legally valid, and we report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities.
Reporting abuse
If you believe content created with Reelina violates this policy — including content that uses your own likeness without permission — email hello@reelina.ai with the details and any links you have. We review reports and act on confirmed violations, including removing content and closing accounts. Copyright complaints are handled through the same address.
